Refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but please note that we do not offer refunds for non-faulty items. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Refunds for Non-Faulty Items
🚫 We do not accept refunds or returns for items that are not faulty.
🚫 Change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference are not valid reasons for a refund.
✅ We only accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds (Faulty Items Only)
✅ Items must be returned within 14 days (Malaysia) or 21 days (International) from the delivery date.
✅ Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
✅ Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
🚫 Non-Returnable/Refundable Items:
- Non-faulty items (change of mind, wrong size, etc.)
- Sale or clearance items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Perishable goods (if applicable)
- Items damaged due to misuse
3. Refund Process (For Faulty Items Only)
🔹 For Malaysian Customers:
- Email us at support@hutletics.com with your order number, photos of the defect, and a description of the issue.
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions (return shipping costs covered by us).
- Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
🔹 For International Customers:
- Contact us at support@hutletics.com before returning any items.
- International return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
- Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days after we receive and inspect the faulty item.
📌 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, e-wallet, or bank transfer). Processing time may vary depending on your bank.
4. Exchange Policy (For Faulty Items Only)
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost and send you a replacement at no extra charge.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
