Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but please note that we do not offer refunds for non-faulty items. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. No Refunds for Non-Faulty Items

🚫 We do not accept refunds or returns for items that are not faulty.
🚫 Change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference are not valid reasons for a refund.
✅ We only accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.


2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds (Faulty Items Only)

✅ Items must be returned within 14 days (Malaysia) or 21 days (International) from the delivery date.
✅ Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
✅ Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

🚫 Non-Returnable/Refundable Items:

  • Non-faulty items (change of mind, wrong size, etc.)
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods (if applicable)
  • Items damaged due to misuse

3. Refund Process (For Faulty Items Only)

🔹 For Malaysian Customers:

  1. Email us at support@hutletics.com with your order number, photos of the defect, and a description of the issue.
  2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions (return shipping costs covered by us).
  3. Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

🔹 For International Customers:

  1. Contact us at support@hutletics.com before returning any items.
  2. International return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
  3. Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days after we receive and inspect the faulty item.

📌 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, e-wallet, or bank transfer). Processing time may vary depending on your bank.


4. Exchange Policy (For Faulty Items Only)

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost and send you a replacement at no extra charge.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:
