SHIPPING & HANDLING

In light of the current COVID-19 pandemic, all delivery logistics will likely be impacted and shipment duration may take longer than expected. We apologize in advance for any inconveniences upon your orders.

 All shipments will be processed every Monday to Friday. 

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has made together with a tracking number of your order once it has been shipped out. If you have any inquiries in regards to your order, kindly e-mail us at support@hustletics.com

All International orders will be shipped out from Kota Kinabalu, Sabah via DHL Express.

Important Notes : All International shipping costs do not include any taxes or duties. Recipients are responsible for any charges of taxes or duties that may be incurred by your local customs.  

UNITED STATES
Orders from the United State will be shipped out from Oklahoma. However certain products may be shipped out from  Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.


CUSTOM & IMPORT CHARGES

The prices displayed on our website are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its destination country, and are determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.


REFUSING TO PAY CUSTOMS

If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to Hustletics, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
