Return & Exchange Policy

  1. At Hustletics, we want you to know that we care to ensure you have a great online shopping experience with us. We understand that it can be insecure to shop online because you don't get to physically inspect and try on the items, which is why we allow the return & exchange with the conditions listed below:
  • Contact us within 3 days upon receiving the package. Item must be returned within 30 days from the day you've received your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Washed items will not be accepted. Item must be unworn & unwashed (no distinct odours, blemishes, signs of wear etc.)
  • All SALE/OUTLET items ARE NOT REFUNDABLE/RETURNABLE/EXCHANGEABLE
  • Additional non refundable/exchangeable/returnable items

    SHIPPING
    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


    WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS on non-faulty items. However, we do treat each return on a case by case basis. Any refunds made will be in the form of INSTORE CREDIT.

    Please make sure you email to our support@hustletics.com and have your request to return, exchange and refund approved. In the email, please state your reason for return, exchange or refund, and your order number (found on your confirmation email)

    FAULTY, MISSING & INCORRECT ITEMS

    We're sorry if this happens to you! At Hustletics, we inspect every single item in the warehouse before shipping them out. Although chances are small but this happens sometimes. Please accept our apology.

    If you received a faulty, incorrect or missing item, please contact us at sales@hustletics.com immediately and we will do our best to resolve the problem. Under these circumstances (faulty, missing and incorrect items received), Hustletics will cover the shipping fees.
