Yes. We offer worldwide shipping except for UN-sanctioned & war-laden countries.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
In order for us to be able to price our apparel at an affordable price, all orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in China except for orders from the United States.
All orders from the United State are handled and shipped out from the United States. However we may run out of stock once in awhile and will take a maximum of 14 business days for us to restock from our main warehouse. If you have not receive your order within 7 business days, do drop us an email. Your order may be on its way from our main warehouse.
CUSTOM & IMPORT CHARGES
The prices displayed on our website are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE PROCESSED?
Once an order has been placed, we will ship your order within 1-3 days. Standard Shipping takes 2 - 5 weeks while Express Shipping takes about 5 - 7 business days. (Processing time not included).

1. USA ORDERS
I RECEIVED FAULTY/MISSING/INCORRECT ITEMS.
We're sorry if this happens to you! If you received a faulty, incorrect or missing item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.
- Faulty - Please give a brief description of the fault, and location of the fault providing photographic detail if you feel this is relevant. It may not always be necessary for you to return your faulty goods to us, and we will evaluate this at the time and on a case by case basis.
- Faulty good claims must be made within the 20 day period. Anything beyond the 20 days will be considered normal wear and tear of use, and can be subject to denial.
I WANT TO RETURN AN ORDER.
You have 5 days to decide if you want to keep the product from the day it has been delivered to you. As a customer, you are responsible for the return until we have received and registered it, so remember to save your delivery receipt! The cost of returning the package is on you as a customer.

In rare cases, your bank may be charged even if there was an error at the time of the order. Your money will be released within 1-5 business days.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REPAYMENT FOR MY RETURN?
You should receive your refund within 7 working days from the date you received your return confirmation. The refund is always made on the same debit card used for purchase.
Once you purchase a gift card through the website, a unique code will be emailed to you.
We do not offer any physical gift cards.
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards, any orders found in breach of this will be cancelled immediately. Additional orders purchased using these gift cards will also be cancelled.
