You have 5 days to decide if you want to keep the product from the day it has been delivered to you. As a customer, you are responsible for the return until we have received and registered it, so remember to save your delivery receipt! 

The cost of returning the package is on you as a customer. The return must include the return form with your order information and if you like to exchange a product, it must include the requested items you like to change it to.

  • To be eligible for a return, all items sent back to us must be in original condition and retain all labels and tags.
  • The product should be shipped well packaged, in good condition and in original bag. Also, remember to mark the package as "return". 
  • Items must be unworn & unwashed (no distinct odours, blemishes, signs of wear, animal/human hairetc. All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.
  • We do not accept returns/exchanges for sale/clearance items.
  • Additional non refundable/exchangeable/returnable items.

  • Returns can take up to 7 days to process, so don't be alarmed if you've tracked your return as delivered but haven't heard from us yet

WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS on non-faulty items. Any refunds made will be in the form of INSTORE CREDIT.

If an order is by any means sent back to us, we will contact you as fast as possible. If we don't get a response within the 10 day period, your order will be archived and the products you ordered will no longer be reserved for you. If a refund is possible, your order will be refunded. You will be returned 60-80% of the total order value to cover for the shipping cost.


    • If you wish to exchange for a different size please clearly mark the required size in the space provided on the returns form.
    • All exchanges are sent out on a standard service (not express service).
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • International orders are non exchangeable.
    • Whilst every effort will be made to replace any stock with like for like product under certain circumstances your preferred product may not be in stock. In this instance, Hustletics reserves the right to issue a refund or credit to the value of the original product value. The product must also pass all other returns criteria. 



    We're sorry if this happens to you! If you received a faulty, incorrect or missing item, please contact us at immediately. 

    • Faulty - Please give a brief description of the fault, and some photographic details. It may not always be necessary for you to return your faulty goods to us, and we will evaluate this at the time and on a case by case basis.
    • Faulty good claims must be made within the 20 day period. Anything beyond the 20 days will be considered normal wear and tear of use, and can be subject to denial.
